SMC Testing has just launched a series of free online tools for comminution engineers. These tools are based on published equations available in the academic literature, however these online tools are provided as a user-friendly, free and easily accessible way of using these equations.
The calculators enable comminution engineers to predict mill power draw and total comminution circuit specific energy. An additional resource is also available to visualise the SMC Test global distribution, in an interactive map of where over 32,000 SMC Tests have been completed.
